During this health and economic crisis, rocking back to school, reaching out to new hires, and signing up new union members is more important than ever. In this training we will discuss the new implications of ground breaking pro-union legislation passed in Massachusetts and how it gives us space and rights to organize with our co-workers. We will also discuss doing this work through social distancing and using tools like phone calls and zoom to reach out to new hires to let them know about the work your local union is doing.
